How It Works
The process is simple.
- You contact us with your requirements.
- We confirm requirements and provide details of the cost.
- If you are happy and wish to proceed, we email an agreement and confidentiality form for you to e-sign with an invoice for a 30% deposit for work agreed upon.
- You return the e-signed agreement and once your deposit has been paid you will be ready to start delegating work to your virtual assistant. It’s that easy!
Once you are signed up you can contact your virtual assistant over the phone, via text messaging or e-mail. Any material you need to send to us can be forwarded through the post, couriered, faxed, emailed, or communicated over the phone.
We have provided a sample of a two emails to let you see just how straight forward and easy it is to delegate work.
“Hi thanks for sorting out the reservations. I’m planning on doing a workshop in Luton mid to late July. Need help in finding venues (in or around town centre), cost etc.. Will also need to hire car (estate). have used hertz in the past. not sure how their prices compare though!……..”
